Reviews and Ratings
I was offered a peaceful resting spot in a room that met 5-star quality standards, despite being listed as a 3-star hotel. The room was nice, clean, huge, and had working air conditioning.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were not only huge but also very clean, rivaling those of other luxury properties I've visited in different continents. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I even got to enjoy the steam room. However, some might find the location a bit challenging, impacting the overall service quality at nearby establishments. On the bright side, Chef Jhon Machado's culinary skills were truly heavenly!
Despite being listed as a 3-star hotel, this Hilton Caracas hotel felt like a luxury Marriott with its clean and modern rooms, though slightly dark. The service was outstanding, but there were challenges regarding a POS issue when I needed assistance for my upcoming wedding. The location is a mixed bag with positive and negative aspects compared to other hotels in different countries. The dining experience was excellent both inside and outside the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were nice and clean, giving a touch of Marriott 5-star quality, even though it's classified as a 3-star hotel. The service was exceptional, with meticulous attention to detail during a lovely dinner at the Renaissance. The location, though a bit challenging for some, felt safe, and I must commend Chef Jhon Machado for his heavenly cooking skills. The dining experience was top-notch, especially in the restaurant, despite being a bit expensive for Venezuela standards.
My stay at the hotel was truly pleasant. The rooms were not only comfortable but also spacious and modern, making for a relaxing experience. The service, while not as efficient in some areas, was made up for by the friendly and accommodating staff, like Francys who went above and beyond to help me plan for my upcoming wedding. The location, though a bit challenging for some, proved safe and even had a stand-out dining experience at Mijao restaurant. The dining was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch.
